Important Information on Payment - For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

Discount & Promotional Codes -

1. Add the items of your choice to your Shopping Cart.

2. Hit the red checkout button and proceed thru the checkout page.

3. Fill out required Customer Information and click submit.

4. The Discount & Promo Code field will be below the shipping options.

5. After entering your promo code click continue to verify your discount has been applied correctly before you enter your payment information.

Cancelling Your Order - If you decide to cancel your order call us at 888-994-3563 or e-mail us at customerservice@levitatingsports.com and we will accommodate your request.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

U.S. Shipping Rates & Fees - LEVITATING SPORTS ships to all US addresses except Alaska and Hawaii by UPS. UPS affords tracking and insurance on your order. Please provide a full street address for shipping. There is a $ 3.00 handling fee for all shipments. Please refer to our online store for shipping estimates as you proceed through the checkout process.

P.O. Box, Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Methods - LEVITATING SPORTS ships to Post Office Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii by US Priority Mail. The shipping charges are the same. Priority Mail does not provide tracking or insurance; please let us know if you would like to add tracking and/or insurance to your order.

Tracking Your Order - After your order is processed a tracking number will be generated by UPS. Please allow 24-48 hours for the package to be checked into the carrier's tracking system. Then you will have the ability to log into your account and track your order.

Item Availability - If your are interested in purchasing a certain item and it is not available to add to your cart click the 'Item Stock Notification Sign-Up' button. You will be notified when this item is ready for purchase via email.
